Bethany Moore-Garrison, M.A., LMHC, ATR is an Art Therapist and Transpersonal Psychotherapist working in private practice in Santa Fe. Bethany works from a heart-centered, mindfulness-based, eclectic and integrative approach focused on helping clients discover and live the life they desire. She is particularly interested in working with Empaths/HSP, trauma recovery, self-empowerment, resiliency skill-building and spirituality. She often incorporates mindfulness, meditation, journey work and experiential therapies into her work to find the path and process that works best for the individual or group. She is trained in Noetic Balancing, a form of energy therapy, as well as Sand Tray Therapy.

Her private practice work with individuals and groups, is based on personal transformation and connection to The Sacred. She shares that, “Oftentimes we want concrete answers, or certain set pathways to reach our goals. Here in the studio, we surrender to The Mystery and listen, learn, practice, grow and transform.” She believes, “it isn’t about changing who we are or becoming someone different than we are, it’s about finding out the truth of ourselves, our beauty, our divinity and then living from that place.” Bethany shares that her work is a collaborative process built on a foundation of Trust, Love, Humor and Acceptance. 

In her own art practice, Bethany loves collage, assemblage, sculptural wearable art, watercolor and silk painting.
