The Student Right-to-Know Act was enacted聽in 1990 by federal law. The federal law requires institutions that receive Title IV student financial aid to collect, report and disclose the following information. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
贵贰搁笔础听聽of 1974 is federal legislation in the United States that protects the privacy of students’ personally identifiable information. The act applies to all educational institutions that receive federal funds.
The Clery Act (crime statistics)
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal law that requires schools to disclose crime statistics that happen on and around their campuses. This information is published annually. The current annual report document is posted here.
Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy and Prevention Plan
The Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 requires institutions who participate in federal student aid programs to provide information to its students, faculty, and employees to prevent drug and alcohol abuse. Institutional drug and alcohol policies are published in our Catalog and Student Handbook.
Graduation Rate Statement:
糖心Vlog is pleased to provide the following information regarding our institution鈥檚 graduation/completion rate.聽 The information is provided in compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.聽 The rate reflects the graduation/completion of students who enrolled full-time of the fall quarter of academic year 2017-18 and for whom 150% of the normal time-to-completion has elapsed.
During the fall quarter of 2017, 39 full-time degree-seeking graduate students entered 糖心Vlog.聽 After 3 years (as of December 31, 2020), 62% of these students had graduated from degree programs.
