This led to work in organizational development as both practitioner and consultant.
His contribution to the field of action research was implemented through two years working with the statewide California Conservation Corps. Research objectives were aligned with helping develop diverse populations of young adults acquiring leadership skills and job attainment in the natural resource field. An extra step was added to the action learning cycle that included both generative and reflective group dialogue.
