A Happy Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving, but I'm giving GOD thanks EVERYDAY for His Son Jesus Christ dying for my sins, and all the love He has shown me in just this year alone! My biggest Praise Report is how GOD healed my Mother. She was hospitalized this year, in April, with the amount of illnesses afflicting her body being as long as a GROCERY LIST - including BOTH of her lungs failing. I had just rededicated my life back to GOD 2 months prior to this event ( Read my Testimony here ). When my Mother first went into the hospital, GOD spoke a Word to my sister Jazmyne saying "Because of the Righteous stand both of us chose to live for Him, our Mother will not die. And if we would have still been making music for the devil (as Vixen ENT and Too Much), our Mother would have got sick that same time of year, but would have died." 

So I held on to that Word. Seeing my Mother in ICU, sedated, tubes all in her body with a myriad of machines beeping, was TRULY a test of my Faith. Time and time again I had to slip away into the hospital restroom and cry out to GOD in Prayer. My Pastor often says "I will not let what I see, hinder what I believe". I had to do something so easy, yet so difficult, which was believe GOD! ...... Feeling a little defeated, we decided to call for a Fast to help fight for our Mom in the Spirit and our ENTIRE Family joined in! Children, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunties, EVERYBODY! Our love for her was not gonna lose to the devil - LOVE WINS!

In August, GOD healed my Mother, restoring BOTH of her lungs and sending her back home. I serve an AWESOME GOD, HALLELUJAH! ..... My Family and I would be sad this Thanksgiving, but a sovereign GOD saw fit to heal my Mother... and THAT is what I am thankful for this Holiday! ......... Happy Thanksgiving (reader)! Have a good one
